when he was contacted by reporter Rick Tulsky of the San Jose Mercury News,
who was doing a study of the criminal justice system in Santa Clara County’s
lower and appellate courts.
Gregg Stutchman subsequently testified at the evidentiary hearing before this
Court as an expert in photogrammetry.
This Court credits the testimony of Stutchman, who was credible and whose
testimony was very persuasive."
